In-depth study on the Foundation Program

The Foundation Program is a study program for those people who wish to deepen their understanding and experience of Buddhism by engaging in the systematic study of essential Buddhist text.

The Foundation Program in Asheville meets on Sunday mornings and is currently studying Eight Steps to Happiness.

Eight Steps to Happiness is a commentary to Bodhisattva Langri Tangpa's Eight Verses of Traning the Mind. If we sincerely study and practice these instructions, our lives will become easier, our relationships more harmonious, and more importantly, we will make progress along the spiritual path despite whatever circumstances or adversities we encounter.

If you are interested in joining FP, or if you just want to find out more about the study program, please contact Pamela Hanson
